Superadmin — PoCs & customers

Each PoC below is one industry demo; every customer created under it is a fully isolated tenant reachable only via ?customer=<slug> (later: its subdomain). Create the customer, create its admin account, hand both over — the customer manages identities, doctors and branding themselves at /admin?customer=<slug>.
